Returns and Exchanges
Currently, there are no tariffs (duties) or taxes on orders valued under $800 USD. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order, as orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import costs.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We offer Returns and Exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and one-way postage fees for product exchanges.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Returns and Exchanges must be sent via the US Postal Service and marked "Canadian Goods Returning to Seller (9813)". Do not ship with any private courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) as these parcels will be refused.
Generally, we process all Returns and Exchanges within 24 to 72 hours of us receiving your returned parcel at our distribution center. Refunds may also take up to 48hrs to be posted to your online account.
CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY
All products eligible for a return or exchange must be in original condition and must not have been washed.
Ineligible items: Bedding (Duvets and Mattress Overlays) are personal products which cannot be returned once removed from their original packaging. Custom made-to-order products are also ineligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return of goods if these conditions are not respected.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
We guarantee workmanship, materials, and product satisfaction for 6 months, assuming normal and intended use. Products may be returned for replacement or credit within 6 months of purchase if they are found to be defective in any way.
Sheepskin is a natural product. Slight irregularities and variations may occur in colour and texture. These traits are characteristic of natural sheepskin products and we believe they add to the authenticity and character of our products.
