We ship daily with the US Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS.
Qualifying orders will have the option to select Free Shipping to anywhere in the United States (territories excluded).
We reserve the right to decline Express shipping options to certain remote and rural regions.
International orders are available and will be invoiced on an individual basis. Please email or phone for a real-time shipping quote based on your order dimensions. We can then create a custom invoice with your preferred International postage.
All orders are tracked and insured. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link and carrier information.

"Free Shipping" applies to original outbound shipping costs only. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs and one-way postage fees for product exchanges. Please read our Returns Policy for complete details.
What does buying from a Canadian company mean for you?
1. Tax-free purchases - orders shipped from Canada to the USA are excluded from Sales or VAT Taxes.
2. Orders valued over $800 USD may be asked to pay USA Customs import duties or brokerage fees before the release of your order. Please check with your local USPS courier for updates on limits and rates. Customers are responsible for any additional importation duties, taxes, and brokerage fees accrued.
3. Shipping times may be delayed by up to 3 business days: This security screening process is enforced by USA Customs Authorities and may or may not affect your shipment. These unexpected Customs delays do not warrant any refunds or reduced shipping fees.
We accept product returns within 30 days of purchase, and extend our Returns and Exchanges window until Jan 10th for Holiday purchases placed in November and December.
Refunds and Exchanges are processed after we have received the returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and one-way postage fees for product exchanges.
Please note that exchanges and returns must be sent via the US Postal Service and marked "Canadian Goods Returning to Seller (9813)". Do not ship with any private courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) as these parcels will be refused.
*We can only accept returns of Wool Bedding products if the item is unused and still in its original packaging.
